8570 says wrong ink cartridges and won't load

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Printer keeps saying remove inproper magnta ink cartridge. Using the factory supplied replacements. After removing magenta  it says the same for yellow. Won't move cartridges down into proper place. help! thanks
