We have a 8570 that will not load black ink. I've tried several different packs and the latch will not drop down to let the ink fall into the tray. All other slots work fine and I have verified that it is the correct ink for the correct region. There are no messages or errors on the printer, it just acts like it doesn't even acknoledge that ink has been added. If I close the lid it does tell me that ink was added without the printer being turned on and to open and reshut the lid. Any ideas or is my printer toast? I don't have support on it.
