The Xerox troubleshooter suggestion:
Solution : Clear Paper Scraps or Debris From the Pre-heater, step number 8:
- Gently feed the media through the Deskew Rollers and through the Pre-heater. Observe the exit area as the card stock exits the pre-heater and remove any dislodged paper scraps or debris.
When I feed the card stock in, it stops 1/3 of the way in. ?? It is hitting something rigid.
