8880 - unit not accepting genuine black ink



I have a Xerox Color Cube 8880dn and only genuine inks.  It accepts all other colours but when trying to add black it won't 'click' and slide down.  Please help, I'm about to run out and need to print orders...

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are using the correct ink stick for your region.  Please take a look at the solutions for wrong ink paying particular attention to the solution titled "Make Sure the Correct Ink Stick is Being Inserted"  If this information does not resolve the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
