9201 A3 Jams

Hello, Does anyone have any experience with the ColourQube 9201 constantly Jamming on A3 in the office finisher?

 

We have one and it prints A4 fine but we print a lot of 80gsm A3 and its seems to Jam a lot because it curls back on itself. Its Xerox paper and kept and in a dry enviromnent. Any advice on how to get around this problem?
