061.050.225.18900 and 061.080.225.18900

 

The version you need depends on the version you already have. Hopefully it boots enough to see it on the green boot screen. The 050 and 080 is the number to match.

Thanks for the help. I have googled the info you gave also and am ok to move forward. Do you happen to know the current firmware version for the 9203 ColorQube and where I can get the file/files to put on my thumbdrive ? Thanks !

No I can't Joe, I've tried that. When it's booting up it sounds like all is well then about 15 seconds later goes to sleep. Then about 3 minutes later attempts to reboot again. It does this over and over. I have a 9201 here in the shop, are the boards compatible so I could swap them ?

I'm going to try the Hard Drive, then if the boards are common, swap them.

While in Sleep mode, can you access it's internal webpage (CWIS) ?

 

If not, it likely is not actually booting up to a point where sleep mode could happen, which would pretty much mean you would need a tech onsite to do an Altboot at the very least (Assuming corruption of the OS/Firmware and not an HDD/RAM failure)

 

If you are off contract, and willing to Google a bit, you can find the altboot procedure online, but I have been told I am not allowed to post it here

My 9203 won't finish booting. I've unplugged it from the wall, then back in and re-booted it and it sounds like it is going to load and then goes into sleep mode. Can anyone help me with this ??
