A little confused on paper drawer configuration Versalink B7035

Thanks so much for your quick response. And yes, you're exactly right!! I tried your suggestion and it worked perfectly. Agree totally on the unintuitive interface. Seems they could have put arrows on each side (like the B8045) instead of how they did it.

Not your fault, it is an unintuitive interface, and it took me longer than I will admit to figure it out when I just confirmed the matter on all 5 of ours.

Click that are and drag left. Or click the 2nd dot to the lower left of the 2 in your screenshot.

HI all,

Our facility just replaced some of our bizhubs with Versalink B7035's. On the "Home page" of the web interface "Trays" show the bypass tray, then trays 1, 2 & 3.

However, there is a 4th tray on the bottom right. My question is why doesn't the 4th drawer show? Probably an easy answer but we're too new to these machines.
