If you have already tried all the steps to clear the jam/clean feed rollers , you would need to engage the Support Department for Hardware Assistance: 1-800-821-2797

ADF takes multiple pages

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi, i have that printer for about 4 months. Now i have problems with ADF. Sometimes it works normally, sometimes it takes multiple papers and jam in ADF. But sometimes it takes one paper but in proocess it takes another one. I tried to clean all rollers, pads and other things but problem persists. I tried lots of paper types.
