Thank you. No, we did not. We thought that the new HDD has a pre program software already. I'll give a try on this one. thanks again.
Did you load the firmware after replacing the HDD? It looks like you didn't so there is no OS to boot into.
We got an a machine and replaced HDD. After installing the replacement HDD for WC 7545 this is what happen. When the unit first attempts to boot, we get the Green image. Then after a few moments, it changed to the pink screen, and asks to be Reset. We have attempted Resets several times, and continue to get the same message. Do you think this has something to do with the HDD? we were not able to test the machine before. Any advice what is causing this problem? thanks.
