I searched the Support page and found the steps to upgrade the Firmware. They are in English so you may need to use a translate tool.

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows10x64

Alguém poderia me ajudar a instalar o firmware?

Não consigo e minha impressora não imprime e está dando erro de atolamento de papel, mas não tem papel atolado.
