Admin Menu Select Network

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

I can not use the wireless adapter on my 6510 printer because there is no selection in the Admin Menu for selecting a network type. Is there any way to re-boot the printer to the original factory settings so that the printer will ask me to Check the Primary Net?

Hi,

For resetting the device to factory:

1. Log in to the control panel as System Administrator.

2.Press Home button.

3.To reset the printer to factory defaults.

4.Touch Device, scroll down to Resets option, touch Reset to Factory Defaults.

5. At the confirmation message, touch Reset.
