The Die sets are customer replaceable , if it isn't cutting they are either worn out or the stock is beyond the punch specs.
Running a Docucolor 700 with advanced GBC punch for spiral binding. Runs paper weight stock fine but consistemtly jams while running cardstock. When pulling out jammed sheets it appears the punch only went through about half of the sheet.
