I bought this for our computer lab because our 15 year old HP printer finally died. Installed this printer on May 7th, used it until the end of May and had our summer break. Some teachers are coming back and when they tried to print, the paper jams. They found that the printer was spitting out black plastic slivers and let me know. It turns out, the fuser is where the plastic slivers are coming from. What a quality product.
