AltaLink C815 Loud Grinding Noise when printing

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi, we are experiencing a loud grinding noise coming from our device when staff are printing, there doesn't apprear to be any paper jams or error reports coming from the machine.  A diagnostics check was completed and there was no errors reported.  Do we need to dissassemble the device to determine what is causing the noise before reporting?  please advise.
