Altboot fails always

So, i ordered now 2x 160GB Hitachi Disks on ebay. Same as original build in, Hope it will work.

But the HDD seems to be fine, because is running perfect in pc. So, what about size of disk? I only have a 500GB disk, but original was 160GB. I have tried already, but it was the same result.

Hi,

Try to use another HDD and to reload software by AltBoot method.

Hello Techs,
My wc7535 did not boot anymore, so I did try the altboot procedure. But IT always breaks with massege "Altboot failed". Then I deleted all partition on HDD, but altboot behavior still the same. Of course I used the force Upgrade and disable data Backup options and also tried different firmware files. Can anybody guess the problem?
