Hard to say it but power regulator didnt solve problem with power electricity.
Unit reboot every n minutes even I disconected lan caqble and left front door opened.
Something in the power supply tehnicians made mistake...
my customer have the same problem. I installed it on 9/3/21
Unit printed 27k printouts and from 6/7 problems started.
During poew save mode or Ready ( it is not important) unit only made click ( I think tahta power suzpply have relay what produce sound click and unit started initialisation process, blue LED-s are on and initialisation finished with printing Configuration page with datetime.
It doesnt important is LAN cable plug in or not but after some minutes even if printer is in printing process, unit reboot again, than finished feeding unprinted paper out..
It is strange to me beacuse unit is still new! I replace poer supply ( got it from new one).
But the same situation again with rebooting???
Ok, time is money, I opened new unit intialise it and power on, made network , WIFI, scan users book and during entering users into Address book rebooting again on totaly new unit???
Customer, 11 workers use in the same office, LEXMARK (2 MX310, MS417), OKI mono b432dn, HP LJ 2055 like a charm...
Ok, I also thinking power electricity cause problem, but all other brands, informatic work like a charm.
That point me that I made mistake entering brand XEROX MFP to my customers.
Ok 1 unit can make problem, but 2. unit what I opened make me nervous!
I checked power electricity and measuring with digital multimeter is 230V what is absolutely ok ( CROATIA-220V).
I must solve this problem at customer site tommorow.
How to solve this problem? I will try to use power regulator by APC Line-R1200 Automatic Voltage Regulator 1200VA (1200W), max 8A .
If it will not solve my problem, than I can only say: XEROX units never again in my life...
XEROX, i must to explain that comparing your product with other brands: LEXMARK/OKI/HP which I support on my teritory, built in f/w and software what I found in this box is impressive. That is big plus on XEROX.
It is stupid that XEROX wont work in enviroment where other brands work like a charm...
Tommorow I will finish my findings how line regulator act on XEROX!
