I suggest calling into the support department 1-800-821-2797 to schedule a service technician to remove the broken drum so nothing further is damaged.

B600dn drum stuck / handle broke off

Product Name: VersaLink B600/B610 Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

I've got a B600dn that the handle came right off the drum - nothing broke and I have put it back on, however I can't get the drum to release. In theory I should be able to pull straight out and it should come out, but even pulling firmly does not release the unit (which is how the user pulled the handle off in the first place). Any suggestions?
