What Fault code goes with the message (093-973, 093-922, 093-426, 093-973, 093-926) ?
Is it still working and just displaying the message?
It is asking to replace it, while it is new cartridge.
Sometimes the powdered toner is compacted from storage. Have you removed and agitated the cartridge?
