Thank you for the reply. I checked the toner cartridge and there's still no display on the screen and same blinking lights. I suspect a hardware failure. I will reach out to someone local.
Hi DR2, one of my contacts stated that this can be caused by the toner cartridge not being properly installed. You may want to remove and reinstall the toner cartridge then restart the device to see if that help. If that does not help, you should call your local service organization.
When printer is plugged in the display screen remains blank and the LED indicator light flashes orange and blue repeatedly without stopping. I performed a power cycle and changed power cords and outlets, and still nothing from the printer other than blinking lights. Your help is appreciated, thank you.
