Brand new 7556 will not make a copy, Dealer Service says the machine doesn't exist

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I just unboxed a newly manufactured 7556 and it will not make a copy...job just keeps overwriting and failing...would not even print out config sheet...I called Xerox Dealer Service and they said the machine does not exist...anyone else had this issue with a 7556, or any other machine purchased for resale via Dealer Channel?

Fault codes dated April 2, 2018 (10 pages worth) and we just unboxed this today...

322.372.00, 393.973.00, 393.972.00, 393.971.00,

Software Version 061.124.18820

Why would they ship out a machine that never made a copy?

322.372.00 = Fax and printer not fully connected

393.973.00 = Broken  cyan toner auger

393.972.00 = Broken pin cyan toner auger

393.971.00 = Cyan toner developer empty

If I had to guess I would guess that it literally was dropped during delivery, not one of them isn't a serious fault.

Your software version doesn't exist, nearest match is from 2014 (061.121.224.18802)

Of course updating firmware is no help for physical damage internally.

That printer requires service. I'd have a serious talk with the seller/reseller
