Hello,
We just received a brand new Phaser 6010 printer that appears to be bad. I hooked it up and read through the instructions making sure I did not have to remove any plastic shipping retainers. Upon power up the display reads diagnosing and then says:
Rear door open
Close Rear Door
So I opened the door and closed it thinking it was loose from shipping but then a new error message pops up:
Jam at Reg. Roll
Open Rear door
I tried looking for any foreign objects or broken bits but nothing looks out of place. I did not have any paper in the unit when I powered it up either. Did I just get a lemon?
