We have had the C235 installed on several domain computers from about 2 years back when the Xerox was the only color printer available due to Covid. I had my doubts... my instincts proved to the correct: this printer and the software is a major headache. On one of the machines I can't get the "Smart" Start to install anything but the printer driver on a regular (non-priv) user account. I have installed the Xerox Print and Scan "Experience" from the store as well... doesn't help - no scanner listed at all.
During my debug I got the scanner to install once under an Administrator account, but even that does not work now.
Any idea? I have read the other posts but none of the suggestions seem to work.
