C600 Transfer belt issue

Product Name: VersaLink C600 Printer

Good day guys. 

I have a massive problem at one of our customers with the C600 Transfer belts that keep on tearing up. In a matter of 3 weeks 3 different IBT belts tore and its brand new machines, each has around 20 000 clicks on them and the IBT Belt has a life expectancy of around 100 000. 

the customer is printing on normal 80g paper and each time I could not find anything wrong. 1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg

Has any one els experienced this problem and if so what was the solution??
