Hi JDPower,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Have you tried the PS driver to see if the results are better? Also on the copies make sure the auto background suppression is not on. If changing drivers does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
My customer is able to print an Excel doc with Highlighted cells (light green) on her Konica-Minolta and get an acceptable result. Her new C7025 fails miserably. The highlighted cells are completely missing.
When I copy the Konica print on the C7025, with exposure Maxed toward Dark, I can just barely see the Highlight, which is not light green but more Tan. We repeated this in our shop on a new out of the box C7025. All copies were made on the Platen glass.
(With the WC7225 we were able to log on as Admin, go to Tools/ Machine Defaults/ Copy Features, and increase the exposure a step or two. (I know this won't resolve my issue but, as a side note I want to mention this is no longer an option...or i just am not able to find it. ) None of this is going to help her with the main issue of poor-light prints.
Have done Color and Print Calibrations. Both test charts looked good and bright.
Tried to print a Test Pattern (51) in Diagnostics, (dc612) but always got a popup stating 'Invalad Parameters. Page 3-5 in the Service Manual show the needed media as A3 for the Total Chart Patern 51. Could this be a software issue?
Have installed Global PCL6 Driver, from the Download and from the internet.
