Scan to Cloud should not ask for anything, I assume you have accounting enabled?
EIP apps all automatically assume XSA applies if XSA is enabled, the reason is that the printer can't possibly know what the EIP app is for, so while it might be a scan job, it also may be a print job, or neither. So if if XSA is on for anything at all, EIP apps tend to not work, or you have to use the XSA account before you launch it, or when it prompts (It depends on the app what happens, some simply will not work)
Thank you very much for this. How about for Scan to Cloud Email, in Logging in, what User ID and password should I use? is it also admin and 1111? or do I have to create it?
For Gmail, you need to following, yours should be identical minus the actual email address
If it doens't work, it could be
1. Time is off by more than 3 minutes
2. DNS or proxy issues
3. LAN issue, do this
And change Dual Stack to IPv4
You may need to update the firmware
