Hello Dusset,

I was looking at the knowledgebase for this device and there are multiple types of waste containers depending on what finisher you have, toner, staple, hole punch waste, etc. Are you sure you changed the correct waste container that was requested? Do you have a fault code you can share?

C9070 - Replaced waste cartridge not working

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: macOS 12 - Monterey

Hi, my C9070 prompted me to replace the waste cartridge and so I did (for a new, genuine one), but it gives me an error 'Reinsert an improperly sealed consumable or replace any with Error' and won't let me print. I'm quite desparate as I don't have any more of them and have lots of urgent jobs. 

Is there any way to resolve this or perhaps a way to temporarily empty out the old one?
