CLOSE CONTROL PANEL MESSAGE PHASER 8560

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Replaced the exit assembly due to jame errors then after installing new part I start getting "Close Control panel ALARM 

 

if anyone ran into this or can help i would appreciate it
