CQ8900 Energy Saver specifications

Looking for technical specifications / definitions of the Energy Saver options in the CQ8900. What will happen when "Intelligent Ready" is selected?

What will happen when "Fast Resume" is turned on or off?

What will happen when "Job Activated" is selected?

What are the specifications for amount of time it takes for the CQ8900 to exit Energy Saver mode?

Are there levels of Energy Saver such as Low Power versus Sleep mode?

Re: CQ8900 Energy Saver specifications

Hi keithmoses51,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

I would suggest that you review the following which is from the adminisrtator guide documentation beginning on page 218.

2. Click

3. Under Energy Saver Strategy and Sleep Mode Settings, select an option:

Specify how long the printer remains idle before automatically going from standby mode

to low-power mode.
