Can not clean drum cartridge

I do not know for what that was done. But it does not helps. Any other suggestions

Hit slowly (repetitively 4 -5 times) the "Green" Start Button, then hit the touch screen "Start", until the routine starts.

You must put at least 5 blank sheets on the bypass tray for cleaning procedure.

Good day.

Sorry for not exact naming of the menu items, because my xerox language is russian.

I have a problem with Xerox 5325. I see the message in consumables  section of the xerox menu that my drum carttridge is 28% and needs cleaning. The output prints are also dirty.

When i try to clean it, i got a message like "Cleaning cancelled due to an error". The device does not points out what the error is. What should i do to resolve the issue?
