No idea what update you are referring to but the answer to anything XPS related will always be "Don't use an XPS or Class driver"

If you have one of either, remove it and use PS or PCL

Can not install update with Win 10

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Windows 10 update can not install the updates.

Keep getting the following message:

Xerox - Printers - Xerox Phaser 6140N XPS - Error 0x800f0247

 

Anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this?

 

Pinter works fine
