Thanks much I will try this and see
It's very strange having to do this when I've nver had to do this one none they other computer, laptop or Surface pro even. And the Surface pro like this new computer is running Windows 10
Right-click the printer and go to Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port
Check the LPR box and make the queue name = hold (all lower case)
Every Fiery has the same 3 default queues:
1. print (prints and keeps a copy in memory, can be redone changed in CWS)
2. direct (prints and does not keep a copy in memory, can't be redone/changed in CWS)
3. hold (must be released from CWS
Thanks for the words of advice.
I did downlond the drivers and installed it on the PC however, the staff likes to send the files to hold before sending to directly print, When I download the drivers directly I don't get the hold option.
Just download the driver and install it locally on that PC.
And please, do not under any circumstance invite people on the internet to log into your computer ever. This forum is not Xerox providing support, it is peer to peer.
