Hi, my printer says that all of my toner cartridges are full but it doesn't print red or purple. I replaced the toner cartridges, opened the door on the right and used the foam brush cleaner and pulled the tubes in and out and nothing is working. Any ideas?
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try removing the magenta /red cartridge and gently shaking it side to side 6 to 7 times then reinstall and try again. If it still happens try a new cartridge. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
