Hi, Yes, I realize that they are elemental settings. I spent the morning trying to set them but they would not "take". Are there online resources for setting them? I followed the instructions in the user manual and it did not work. Nor will the printer "do it" automatically.

Hi,

I don't see on the configuration report machine IP address and Subnet Mask. These are the elementary settings for the machine to communicate into a network.

Cannot connect to CWIS

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have been trying to network my printer to connect to cwis all morning.  I have learned a lot about networking printers......I went into network settings and entered all sorts of addresses, masks and modes, enabled and disabled protocols etc.  Nothing worked.  I have the printer hooked directly up to the router/modem with an ethernet cable and the printer connected to my laptop with a usb cable.  I got so frustrated that I just set everything back to factory defaults.  I have uploaded a photo of the configuration page.  Where do I start and is there something to read or see online in regards to my issue?
