Indeed the case. I did some sleuthing after I posted, and it occured to me that a new IP might be the issue.

It sounds like the IP address has changed. I would recommending doing a complete re-install of the driver.
In the past, I've been able to type in the IP address of my printer & access, but haven't done that in a while.
An upgrade of the OS, and I can't seem to "get in" to the printer.
I'm sure I'm overlooking something.
I've tried connecting an Ethernet cable directly to the machine, but no joy there as well.
Let's not even talk about not being able to update software & all that…
Again, this is on a Macbook Pro (OS 10.15.7)
