whenever I try to enter an e-mail address into the appropriate field for the admin account of the printer in its web interface, the "spinning circle" spins until timeout, while the address doesn*t get stored. This looks like a firmware bug to me. Firmware: "65.51.61".
I found this article for adding email address via web interface for you to review, just in case steps where missed. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.
