I recently made changes to one of our network printer trying to configure it so that web jetadmin sees it. I enabled the IPSec and now I cannot ping it or reach it in the web GUI. I went to the machine it is powered on. Can I disable the IPSec from the printers control panel? And if so can you guide me to the IPSec section.
And since I am alreeady asking questions why would Web Jetadmin not see any of my Xerox printers. I enable v3 SNMP and disable v1. I was told that enven though it is a HP product I should see the Xerox printers.
