Thank you for using the Support Forum.  I am not sure if this is the correct rollers, but I found this solution for replacing feed rollers in the online support for your machine. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Change WC5655 Exit Roller Assembly

Hello, I had a problem with the exit roller and it burned up.  I have a replacement on the way but am not 100% sure how to change it out.  I have tried to get a service manual from Xerox with of course no success and no one will help me out since I am in a rural area.  I would like a little help before messing it up more than it already is.  They said it is an easy fix just take the c-clamps off and take the old one out and the new one in.  Although once I looked closer at the machine there is anywhere where you simply move it to a serviceable position. 

 

Any ideas?
