Clear message about replacing Second Bias Transfer Roll

Product Name: Xerox 7855
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I replaced the 2BTR in our 7855 today and reset the counter to 0. I am now getting a message at the top of the services screen to "Confirm if Second Bias Transfer Roll was replaced." I have, obviously, replaced it but I can't find a way to clear the message. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate it as our secretaries are driving me crazy asking every time they look at the copier.

To be clear, you already logged in as admin and went to Machine Status > Tools >  Troubleshooting > Resets > Supply Counter Reset > Second Bias Transfer Roller.> Reset Counter > Reset ?

If so, try rebooting, and taking it out and put it back in and doing the reset again.

Thanks, Joe. I had done all of that. The message appeared in the notification panel at the top left of the screen and was in gray text. It wasn't the normal "Confirm" message. I did a quick restart and the message disappeared. A little while later, Tray 3 was empty and I filled it and confirmed the paper type. When the confirmation screen was dismissed, I had a message in the notification area that Tray 3 was empty. I opened Tray 3 and confirmed again but the message was still there. That message also went away when I did a quick restart. Not sure what is happening. We've had this copier for several years and I've never seen this behavior. In any case, the original issue is resolved.
