“Close the top left side door” error

Hello everyone,

I keep getting this “close the top left sidedoor” errror on my Xenox ColorQube 8900. It is already closed, and I even tried opening/closing several times but the machine doesn’t detect the door being closed. Any suggestions? Thanks!
