I'm experiencing the same issue on a Phaser 3020 - how did you resolve it? Where is the jam sensor and how do you know it has moved and where it should be normally? Would really appreciate your help on this, thanks!

The problem has been resolved. the jam sensor has moved. close the topic.

Hello. The printer displays an error - paper jam. 08-100  "A paper jam was detected within the registration area of the machine. User intervention required to open the SIDE_OR_FRONT door in order to clear the jammed paper. Printing has stopped, all other machine services(if installed) are unaffected."

But there was no jam. I ran out of paper while typing. I added paper to the printer and this error appeared.

I opened the lid. pulled out the cartridge. examined the rollers. there is no jammed paper.

how can i solve the problem,?

How do I reset to factory settings?
