Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have removed all the packing material and packing tape from the machine and the paper tray.  If this does not resolve the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Color Qube 8570

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Just took this thing out of the box. No paper in printer, but getting paper jam error code 94.526, after which the printer turns itself off and then right back on.

 

Any ideas?
