It's great to know what the error message means, but I'm not having any luck fixing the problem.  Guess I'll have to call technical support for assistance.

Heya!

It means "Ink Load Obstruction Fault".

Could be that something is in the way.

EDIT: its "Cyan Obstruction, Reservoir not filled". I suggest you check if the cyan toner is all the way down, if possible put another cyan toner in. If that does not work, checking for toner spill around the drum area and further could fix the problem.

My new printer has stopped working with the abover error message.

I have checked the following:

1. Plenty of ink

2. Plugged into a dedicated wall outlet.

3. Waste tray is emptied.

Does anyone know what this error message means?
