The fault code 92-550 on the ColorQube 8570 / 8700 / 8870 may also display the error message Safety Timer Timeout Fault. The error is a hardware issue. Please try turning off the machine for 1 full minute then power the machine back on. If the error message returns a service technician will need to look at the machine to troubleshoot the issue. Please contact your local service provider.
