Hi Joe,
Thanks for your reply. If I understand correctly you are saying the at the error code is just relating to a printing error and can be fixed by running it through a print head (eliminate light stripes) cleaning cycle?
I have tried to follow your advice but the problem is that the printer keeps rebooting itself and wont allow me to access the control panel.
It goes to 'Power on self tests' initiaslises and then warms up restarts again without the control panel becoming accessible
Any thoughts on how to overide this?
Many thanks,
Paula
When you search for the code, remove the last number, it is the page count on the device when the error occured, so in your case, page 12210 was when it happened, it isn't the fault.
Run the Eliminate Light Stripes procedure
To clean the printhead using the basic eliminate light stripes procedure:
My ColorQube keeps rebooting itself and showing this Error message 93,599.00:12210
Has anyone else had this problem with their printer? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the ink cartridge and whether its possible to fix myself or do I need an engineer
Any suggestions welcome,
Thanks, Paula
