Also forgot to mention that the excel spreadsheet she is printing from has multiple links in it too.  not sure if that has an affect or not.

ColorQube 8570 error code 044:000:0333

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a user who when she prints out of Microsoft Excel 2010 (windows 7 64 bit) gets an error message 044:000:0333.  When she clicks ok it lets her print out the excel spreadsheet but the message seems to come at random times.  I updated her driver to the latest print driver as of May 2013.  I have searched through the knowledge base with no luck.  Has anyone seen this error message before.
