Hopefully you are not completely down, there is not any workaround, either the part is defective or the CRUM (Internal sensor that reads the unit) is defective. So you would need to exchange the Maintenance kit, and / or get a Tech onsite if you have a contract.

ColorQube 8570 incorrect maintenance kit

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

IMG_1714-2.jpgIMG_1713-2.jpgWe had to order a replacement kit for our 8570. The front panel of the printer said to order part # 109R00784. We ordered this part # and installed it. We are now getting an error that says the maintenance kit is incorrect. It says to order part # 109R00784, which is what we installed. Is there a work around?
