I would suggest that you review the following solution on the ColorQube 8870 Support & Drivers Page
The main support tab has a search box for text and under that is "try our Fault Code Search."
The following result for that fault code shows where and how Remove and Re-insert the Configuration Card

Error 92,811 means Configuration Card Mismatch.
Check that the little sim card is correctly inserted in the machine and reboot, if the problem still persists, I suggest you do call Xerox.
