ColorQube 9203 reset to factory defaults?

You need to do this by an NVM setting / restore

Anyone know how to reset a ColorQube 9203 to factory default settings?  The Administrator guide PDF doesn't mention this anywhere, but the online web help pages on the device itself mention there is a "Restore Default Values" option under the "Machine Software - Manual Upgrade" configuration tab on the web interface.  I don't have that option available on that page. 

9203 is currently running 060.050.009.24419 firmware.

Any ideas how to reset all settings on this device back to factory defaults?
