how did you end up clearing the 099-710 error?
99-691 was hopefully caused by 93-548 as it is the ink sensor.
If it did not clear you might possibly have a damaged cable / sensor.
The part, and I don't know how you could source one is cable PL93.10 item 18
I am thinking at some point of the move, the machine was just shut down and moved, which cannot be done with the solid ink devices, if you don't wait 30 minutes the ink, still in liquid form, goes places it should not.
I managed to empty yellow resevoir sucking with a hose and melted some fresh yellow blocks. It worked I guess, now it actually tried to print and received a paper jam error, for now that's better than replacing the whole reservoir.
As far as the fan error, I did disconnect two fans while working back there since they wer blowing right in to my head.
Hi, Khadzok!
93-548 = IME Yellow Melt Reservoir Ink Conductivity Out of Usable Range
99-710 = Fan, rear closure open
When it comes to 99-691, I have nothing..
Best Regards
Kimzi

Hello,
I recently purcahsed a used machine which was working prior to sale. Printer has been transported from Canada to US.
Now it gives me several codes,
99-710
99-691
93-548
Everytime it starts up one of these codes appear. 548 being the most repeating one.
Can you please tell me what these codes mean?
