Hi magallanes,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I too was unable to find the code.  Make sure you are loading the trays correctly and programming the trays with the correct information about the paper / media being used.  If this does not clear the code.please consider contacting your local support centre for assistance.

ColorQube 9302 fault 399-801

Greetings to you all!!

 

I have found myself trying to Dx fault 399-801. The only reference I found was related to PERT, but nothing specific. However, when this error appears the trays register as empty when there is papaer on the trays. I changed the paper size checker board but that did not solve the issue. Any insights or help will be greatly appreciated!!

PS: other errors appearing in the faults log are 312.762, 394.522 & 305.350
